FRESH. is a growing platform for online fitness classes & group studio sessions, we have something for everyone… and we mean EVERYONE. Whether you’re still working from home, back to the 9-5 grind, a stay at home parent with your hands permanently full of children or a student deep in their studies… WE GOT YOU!

You can choose from an array of fitness sessions including Barre, Pilates, Dance, Flexitone, Yoga, Primal Flow & Bounce DanceFit. These are streamed right to your home with professional instructors giving you all the encouragement you need as you exercise! The dream, right?!

At FRESH. you will also find a diverse range of wellness classes making us stand out from other online platforms with our unique offering. FRESH. Kitchen allows you to cook along at home with a nutrition specialist, while FRESH. Mind educates & empowers you on various mental health topics with a leading sports doctor & psychiatrist.

BARRE

Sculpt lean and tones muscles with this energising and dynamic class. A rigorous workout that blends elements from different exercise styles including ballet, Pilates, and yoga.

 

BOUNCE

Join the ultimate throwback party! Dance and get fit to your favourite nostalgic hits from the 80's, 90's and 00's. Routines are easy to follow and guaranteed to get your heart rate up - the fun way (all levels).

 

YOGA

Expect a combination of stillness, movement, nourishing breathwork and relaxation. So whatever you’re craving, you will be able to move your body in a way that feels good for you.
Try Vinyasa, Hatha or Yin at FRESH.

 

BODY BALANCE

A fun, low impact, resistance band class combining some chair based and standing activity. The aim is to strengthen muscles and bones to help make the functional activities of everyday life easier.

 

FLEXIBEATS

Bringing you the very best hip hop & R'n'B... All the goodness of your usual FLEXITONE® class but set to explicit lyrics & bassy beats. WHAT MORE COULD YOU WANT?!

 

MEDITATION

Everyone should have the chance to experience stillness of the mind, even if it’s just for a moment. Whether you have a hectic, busy life or your struggle with a noisy mind… This class will be a huge benefit to you & your daily experience.

FLEXITONE

Flexitone® uses minimal cardio, focusing on body conditioning exercises combined with deep stretches and an awareness of breathing. The aim is to get you looking good on the outside and feeling great on the inside!

 

FRESH. HIT

The hard core one… Using the Tabata method of short bursts of high intensity, the aim is to burn fat, improve stamina and even speed up your metabolism.
Followed by a deep stretch, of course.

 

KETTLEBELLS

Improve your posture and balance by using your core and shoulders to balance the kettlebell, improving overall strength and stability. A firm favourite in the fitness industry, the weight is designed differently to a dumbbell, meaning you move in a more dynamic way.

 

CHASAMBA

Classic Latin inspired steps such as the Salsa, Cha Cha Cha and Charleston. The music’s always pumping and moves are easy to follow along. NO partner required so you can fly solo and tear up that dance floor!

 

FLEXITONE® RELEASE

This class is all about stretching out your whole body; focusing on opening your hips, releasing tension in your shoulders, improving leg flexibility & correcting your posture.

 

POST & PRENATAL

We want to help parents embrace and celebrate the natural changes to their bodies. Whether that be preparing you for birth or helping you regain strength following the birth of your child. Most importantly, we want to help new parents connect with others.

PILATES

Pilates is a method of exercise that consists of low-impact flexibility and muscular strength and endurance movements. Pilates emphasises proper postural alignment, core strength and muscle balance.

 

DANCE

Whether you want to STRUT IT OUT with some super sassy hair whips, give out music video vibes in COMMERCIAL or float around with some JAZZ/LYRICAL moves. We’ve got you covered.

 

FRESH. Mind

Your mental well-being is just as (if not more) important than your physical well-being… so why not keep it strong & healthy too?! Build your mental strength with Dr Claire Gillvray with a series of classes to educate & empower.

FRESH. BOX

Perfect for blowing off steam in the best way possible… taking it out on the pads! Relieve stress, learn a kick-ass new skill (literally), improve co-ordination and develop a high level of fitness.

 

PRIMAL FLOW

Combining animalistic movements, controlled flow and awareness of the breath - this is the place to be if you want to reconnect with your youthful side. Improve your balance, co-ordination & flexibility all at once, whilst having loads of fun exploring the floor.
