  • Can I join a class without becoming a member?

    We have a variety of pricing options (FOUND HERE) that you can choose from meaning you don’t need to sign up to a monthly membership. However you will need to create an account to book your classes using your email address plus a few other details. This makes booking easy via our website, allows you to answer a quick health questionnaire and ensures we have all emergency contact information for you. Safety first!

  • Does the timetable change? Will FRESH. offer any different/new classes in the future?

    Yes! We are always adapting our timetable to suit the needs of our customers, these may be small changes such as which of our two studios we use or big changes like brand new classes!
    We are always looking to hear your feedback, so if you have any ideas regarding what you would like to see on our timetable don’t hesitate to let us know!
    Also, the best way to stay up-to-date is to follow our social media pages!

  • What is your late cancellation/No show policy?

    You can find this in our T&C’s which can be found HERE.

    What you need to know is that there is a £8 charge for a late cancellation/no show. An early cancel will not incur a charge. Late cancels are considered as any cancel that is done 12hrs before the class starts.

    We understand life is unpredictable, so extenuating circumstances will be taken into account.

  • Do you have changing rooms?

    Yes we do!
    Perfect if you need to have a quick shower and change after class, before getting on with your day!

  • What other facilities are in FRESH.?

    FRESH. is home to two state of the art fitness/dance studios but this isn’t all that we offer here!
    Prosper Cafe is open throughout the week serving up Vegan and Gluten-free options of Hot and cold drinks, cake and even a some delicious hot jacket potatoes!
    Also, the Ely Dojo! Highly skilled instructors teaching a range of martial arts and combat sports.

  • I am injured/new to exercise/a senior. What classes would be suitable?

    We have a page dedicated to this question (FOUND HERE). While this page is titled beginner classes, the page includes information on low impact & gentle classes that are suitable for injury rehab and elderly clients too. For some #QUICKFIRE recommendations, we have:

    Gentle Vinyasa, Body Balance for Seniors* and Pilates.

    *This class is free for everyone. Gives you another excuse to come and see the studio!

  • Where should I park?

    While we do have Forehill car park next door, it can get quite busy during peak hours. However, there is a Sainsburys and a Tesco located on either side of Broad Street, where you can pick up snacks for your commute to the studio. Or you can also check out the Ship Lane car park.

  • My friend/family member is visiting Ely for the day, can they take a class without a membership?

    YES! there is an option to do single class drop-ins, and the FRESH. five option which gives you 5 classes valid for 3 months.

    You’ll still need to create an account to book so we have your emergency contact information on hand should anything happen. Don’t worry though, it’s super speedy to get you signed up and we can de-activate your account whenever you wish following your visit!

  • I don't have any equipment, do I need to bring anything with me to a class? 

    While bringing your own equipment is recommended, it is not required. We provide equipment such as: Kettlebells, Yoga Mats, dumbbells and chairs. We sanitise equipment between classes as per COVID guidelines.

    Although you may find yourself wanting your own set once you get more comfortable with your new lifestyle choices.

  • Are you first aid trained?

    There will always be at least one of our qualified Level 3 First Aiders in the building at any time. The FRESH. building serves as our home office, so as well as the two owners (our very own Alice and Sara), there should usually be an additional full-time worker with the same capabilities ready to provide first aid when needed.

  • I don’t want to give my bank details. Can I pay on arrival?

    Yes, we do have a card reader on site. You can book classes from the comfort of your home by giving us a call and pay at the front desk, when you arrive.

  • Can I pay using cash?

    Unfortunately not, we are a cashless business.

  • I am pregnant/I have a toddler

    FRESH. is the place for you! Our pre and post-natal classes are a source of pride for us. We want to give mothers a safe space to prepare for their due date and the ensuing weeks / months / lifetime. Meeting others, and building a community.   • I am feeling nervous to attend because of COVID, what can I do?

    We make sure to wipe down all equipment after each class, but please do bring your own mat and other equipment if you prefer.

    Also, please don’t hesitate to let a member of staff know of your concerns on entry. We’re happy to help reassure you - we totally get it too!

  • My child is still young, what classes would be suitable?

    Our classes are mainly aimed at adults. However every child is different and depending on their confidence they could take part in any dance classes at 16+. However we do have partnerships like: 4D Dance & Wriggletots, all of which have classes specifically for children!

  • How do I book a class?

    There are three ways:

    • Through our website (click ‘Book A Class’ on our menu to head straight to the scheduling page)

    • In-person or over the phone

    • Via the FRESH (Wellness Living) App

    You will need to choose a payment option either before or after so choose from any of our pricing options that best suits you.

  • What should I do if I am running late or can't make it to my class?

    Call ahead. Whether you still want to attend or are calling to cancel, calling ahead to let us know the situation can help us notify your instructor or cancel your booking, to prevent you incurring any charges.

  • I don't live nearby but I want to join in? Do you offer online classes?

    Obviously we would love to have you in the studios. However, we do have virtual classes you can book into using your FRESH. membership. We also have an on-demand service where you can find pre-recorded sessions for all of your workout needs (FOUND HERE).

  • How can I find out more information about your amazing instructors?

    Ask! all of our instructors have Instagram and/or Facebook pages where you can find out more about them personally and their craft.

  • I am really enjoying my time at FRESH! How can I support this growing business?

    As a small business, we are grateful for any support! Please help us by interacting with our social media, coming and enjoying our classes, and if you’re feeling really generous please do head over to Google and leave us a review telling us why you appreciate us.   • I would love to run my class as FRESH., how do I get in touch to discuss?

    If you send us your CV, Insurance Certificates and explain a bit about why you want to work at FRESH. to goodvibes@freshandwell.co.uk then we will get back to you as soon as we can.

    Alternatively if you are interested in hiring one of our lovely studios, use the same email to let us know what the session is and we’ll send you over our booking form & prices.

  • WHAT ARE FRESH REWARDS?

    Clients can earn FRESH Rewards by coming to class regularly, referring friends, coming along to featured classes/workshops and by spreading the word about how amazing the community vibes are here.

    The reward points are collated within your account and can be redeemed against a wide range of discounts and prizes.

    The redeemable prizes are reviewed regularly and are subject to change, so if you see one that you like and you've saved up enough points - it's best to grab that offer early.

  • HOW DO I EARN REWARD POINTS?

    We all know that by keeping consistent with our well-being, exercise and self-care we will feel the most benefits. You can earn reward points for the following:

    50 points for attending 3 classes a week.

    50 points for sharing your class booking on Facebook via the booking platform.

    50-100 points for booking a featured class promoted in app or in our newsletter.

    75 points for attending 5 classes a week.

    250 points for booking into an eligible FRESH well-being workshop.

  • IF I INTRODUCE A FRIEND TO FRESH - ARE THERE REWARDS FOR ME?

    We would love you to bring all your friends to FRESH. We have a range of 'Refer a Friend' Rewards.

    Depending on the service that your friend or contact books into, there are a range of rewards for introducing someone to the FRESH community.

    100 points for referring a friend to try out classes with a 10-Class Pass

    500 points for referring a friend to any of the Healthy You Classes.

    500 points for referring a friend to join on a SILVER membership

    750 points for referring a friend to join on a GOLD membership

    1000 points for referring a friend to join on a PLATINUM Membership

    1000 points for referring a friend to join a featured series workshop or course.

    2500 points for referring a friend to book studio hire or a party with us.

  • WHAT CAN I SPEND MY REWARD POINTS ON?

    The current redeemable reward prizes are:

    1000 points gets you 10% off products or FRESH Merch

    2500 points gets you 25% off products or FRESH Merch

    * The above two product discounts are not valid for class passes or memberships.

    You can check your current reward points in the app, on your online account or ask our team to check for you. The team can redeem your points against the prize of your choice too.
