Our Community Initiative
We built this space so that everyone could access quality services for their physical and mental health. Whilst we need to operate as a commercial business we run various free classes and events alongside to reach the wider community.
Our Pledge
We firmly believe that we can widely change the way physical and mental health is viewed, that fitness and self-care will no longer be a luxury but a way of life for all.
Which is why we aim to offer one free class a day to a charity organisation, underrepresented group or specialist population.

Healthy You is a free service for Cambridgeshire and Peterborough residents who are looking to make changes to their lifestyle. So, whether you want help to stop smoking, lead a more active lifestyle, lose some weight, create some healthy habits. Find out more

BODY BALANCE
A FREE class as part of our Community Initiative. The BODY BALANCE class is a fun, low impact, resistance band class combining some chair based and standing activity. The aim is to strengthen muscles and bones to help make the functional activities of everyday life easier.

FLEX AND FLOW
Flex and flow. Let's get that confidence back in our bodies and move our bodies in all directions from getting up from the chair the floor to reaching up and down with reduced pain. Improving confidence within ourselves our stability and mobility allowing us to feel renewed freedom.

FUNDAMENTALS OF TAI CHI
Supported by the Healthy You initiative. Fundamentals of Tai Chi consists of a series of gentle physical exercises and stretches. Each posture flows into the next without pause, ensuring that your body is in constant motion.

GENTLE EXERCISE TO MUSIC
Supported by the Healthy You initiative. Gentle Exercise to Music is designed to gently increase cardiovascular fitness through aerobic movement and strength exercises.

PARENT AND BABY YOGA
Parent & Baby Yoga is adapted to give you and your baby the opportunity to stretch, move and relax together. It is individual to each baby and involves helping them to do things which will aid their own development, allowing them to stretch and move in ways that they can’t always manage alone and which they love.

PILATES BASICS
Supported by the Healthy You initiative, this Pilates basics class, is hugely beneficial to anyone at any stage of their fitness journey. Slow controlled movements allow your body to really work whilst being low impact enough for complete beginners and those returning to fitness following a break or injury.

POST-NATAL BARRE
Supported by the Healthy You initiative. Every step of Post-Natal Barre has been designed to improve postnatal well-being. Aiming to create space, improve circulation, strengthen the body and increase flexibility.
By keeping your baby close in a carrier, you’ll create a deeper bond that will last a lifetime.

SEATED YOGA
Supported by the Healthy You Initiative. This gentle seated yoga class is perfect for those looking to enjoy the wonders yoga but without the pressure of certain positions and stretches.

STRONG START
A session where we introduce dumbbells bands and kettlebells. Moving our bodies in the way we do everyday but with resistance to help our bones, joints and muscles become stronger helping to improve our strength, mobility and stability.
Suitable for rehabilitating, injury and setting selves up for stronger life.

YOGA FOR ALL WOMEN
Supported by the Healthy You initiative, this gentle and accessible yoga class will introduce you to foundational practices with lots of guidance to set up the yoga foundations that feel good for your body & mind.
