PARENT AND BABY YOGA

Parent & Baby Yoga is adapted to give you and your baby the opportunity to stretch, move and relax together. It is individual to each baby and involves helping them to do things which will aid their own development, allowing them to stretch and move in ways that they can’t always manage alone and which they love. 

Baby Yoga may also help with common baby problems such as sleeplessness, colic and digestive problems. This class is suitable from around 8 weeks until your baby is on the move!

What should I expect?

This class is about cultivating and deepening the bond between mum and baby. The yoga is very gentle and all the movements have modifications or alternatives.

Who is it for?

Suitable from 8 weeks until your baby is on the move.

At your first class your teacher will make you feel very welcome and will talk to you about any adjustments you might like or need during the class.

Feeling ready?

This class is taught by a qualified Pre & Post Natal instructor so is safe for new mums, please ensure you complete the Post Natal ParQ section on your confirmation email.
