MEET THE TEAM

Dr Claire Gillvray is a medical doctor with over 20 years experience.

She works in both the private and NHS sectors and has been a GP trainer and appraiser for over 10 years. She works as a GP, Psychiatrist and Sports Doctor and has teamed up with Lucy Hibben (our FRESH. yogi) and Nicola Ostler (Buggy Bootcamp) to create Cognitive Sports Therapy.

Her passion is in helping everyone to become mentally strong through using their mind, body and breath.

She is a competitive triathlete, a newish vegan, mum to 3 girls and a budding yogi. She recently completed her personal trainers certificate and her favorite “clinic” involves running beside a client and helping them work through their stress.

In her new series, FRESH. Mind, she is hoping to share her tips for building up your mental strength.
