Most importantly, we want to help new parents connect with others and have a solid support group within the range of classes we offer. parent & baby
yoga

Wednesday’s 11:30 am to 12:30 pm

Parent & Baby Yoga is adapted to give you and your baby the opportunity to stretch, move and relax together. It is individual to each baby and involves helping them to do things which will aid their own development, allowing them to stretch and move in ways that they can’t always manage alone and which they love.

Baby Yoga may also help with common baby problems such as sleeplessness, colic and digestive problems. This class is suitable from around 8 weeks until your baby is on the move! Find out more

Community for Parents

You may have heard the proverb “It takes a village to raise a child.” but how about “It takes a community to support a parent.”  Many of us don’t automatically have a ‘village’ to turn up, turn to and support us.  Plus it can feel hard to find and reach out to like-minded souls to share our journey.  Finding the space and time for your own wellness and exercise on top of adjusting to pregnancy or parenting - feels a mountain to climb. We are here for you!

Chatty Meet Up - Enjoy a good chat after class @Prosper_ely

For those also wishing to meet up informally and to widen their circle, we invite you to gather together after class in the onsite vegan Cafe Prosper. Share stories, ask each other about experiences, seek reassurance, friendship and have a good chatty natter whilst enjoying something yummy.

No need to book, just gather together and take the time you need.
