Do you know tight hips and hamstrings can cause lower back pain, knee discomfort, imbalance muscle strength, posture problems and affect sports performance?

Fion will guide you through a nice hip opening sequence to release tension, improve flexibility and strength in your hips and safely stretch to lengthen your hamstrings

We will work towards Low Lunge Mermaid pose to stretch the groin, legs and arms while opening the chest area.
