Who is this for?
This monthly session is for all women who seek to press pause each month and replenish their energy through the deep nourishment of rest. Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) probes the space between wakefulness and sleep, a fertile space for creativity and ideas, and is known to help reduce stress and improve sleep. Restorative yoga uses props to support the body in gentle, long-held postures that allow for deep relaxation and healing. This monthly session will give you that precious space to step away from the frenzy of modern life and into the wise, intuitive part of you that is always free.
What to Expect
This two hour restorative session includes restorative yoga, sound healing, and breath work together with the practice of Yoga Nidra. This guided meditation includes a rotation of consciousness around the body to help you relax and release tension. You will be invited to let go of the weight of your thoughts and emotions, allowing yourself to drop into a deep state of relaxation.
No prior experience with yoga or meditation is needed for this session. All levels are welcome and modifications can be provided if necessary. This is a safe space for all women to come together and find rejuvenation in community.
