In Her Words

My classes are a bit eclectic - just like me! They range from HIIT, Strong, Vinyasa Flow, Yin and Chair Dance.

When I attended my first yoga class back in 2013 I actually nearly hated it! But once I came out of Savasana I instantly knew I wanted to teach it and be able to make others feel as amazing as I did with that very first class.

I qualified in 2017/18 but unfortunately in 2019 COVID hit and I had a knee and wrist injury that prevented me from practicing yoga. This is when I started to lift weights and fell in love with the Yin and Yang of fitness. My classes are all about balance, finding your edge but then also the softness.

Sharon Loves

I love travelling to new places, going to gigs, out for meals, riding my motorbike but I also love to be at the beach, reading a book, listening to music or doing some yoga with the occasional wild swim.

Sharon’s Well-being Tip

If I’m feeling stressed or overwhelmed I live to ‘ground’ my feet. Walking bare foot on the grass instantly lifts my mood.
