Natasha Loves
Natasha has a strong passion for...you guessed it! Yoga! She starts every day with an hour to herself and her personal practice of meditation, pranayama and asana. She also likes to take long walks in nature and whenever she is in the mountains, she loves a good hike. Spending time with her family is important to her as well as cuddles with my cat, Archibald Pigwig (she didn’t name him, her daughter did and they call him Archie for short). She enjoys a good romantic comedy and her house is full of candles!
Natasha’s Well-being Tip
Live your life in the present moment. The past is gone, it cannot be changed, leave it there. We do not know what the future will bring (unless you have a crystal ball and predictive powers, in which case please share next week’s lottery numbers with me and we’ll go halves!) There is no benefit in second guessing what ‘might’ happen. The present is a much healthier place to be. Om Shanti.
