She/Her

Fion is one of our fabulous instructors here at FRESH.. With regular practice and learnings, she noticed the balance and union yoga brings to her body, mind, and spirit. She takes pleasure to share her passion and knowledge and influences people to practice yoga regularly. Knowing people are enjoying her classes and realising she helps to bring a positive impact to the practitioners’ wellbeing is the biggest satisfaction that she feels a yoga teacher can have.

Fion moved from Hong Kong to Ely and fell in love with the lovely open space, friendly people and culture here.  She was a project manager in multinational corporates for years before she was trained to be a yoga teacher in 2014 and never looked back.  She enjoys teaching, gives space for people to tune in, tend to your own body and mind.  She also believes “every body is a yoga body” and gives options for people to be gentle or advance their practice.

She teaches 3 classes a week at FRESH. - Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin yoga. Come and show up on your mat, practice kindness and compassion to yourself, move your body, connect to your breath, set your intention and practice gratitude.

Fion has been teaching yoga since 2015 in HK and Ely including Hatha, Vinyasa, Yin, Yoga Therapy, breath work and meditation 

Fion’s fav things:

Fion is passionate about yoga and loves practicing this ancient physical and spiritual discipline.  She joins yoga classes and workshops in her spare time and appreciates the wide spectrum of traditions and philosophies of this holistic practice originating from India thousands of years ago.  Cooking, travelling, walking her pooch is also her fav activities too.

hATHA YOGA

This class focuses on developing body awareness, strength, and flexibility through a series of fluid and mindful movements. Breathwork and relaxation to restore equilibrium of your nervous system, maintain healthy functioning of the body and induce mental calmness. Suitable for all levels.

VINYASA YOGa

VINYASA YOGA is the class for ultimate nourishment of the body and the mind. In this class Fion will guide you through an intelligent sequence of movements, linked together with the breath that will open up and strengthen the body.

YIN YOGa

Slow paced, quiet yoga practice incorporates Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) principles. Targeting our bones and connective tissues to stimulate the circulation of Chi (which is energy) through the energy network called meridian lines, and improve the range of motion by making use of gravity.
