Amy has been dancing for over 15 years before deciding she had a huge passion for teaching. She has now been teaching for over 5 years and specialises in inclusive, beginner classes and helping people discover their love for dance.
Her classes are typically very lively and her favourite styles to teach are hip hop and disco.
MAD Credentials
Amy holds her IDTA Freestyle Associate teaching qualification, passing with distinction. She also currently teaches at 4D dance too.

Other than dogs, obviously, Amy loves spending time with her friends, baking and making cocktails! She also loves music and going to the West End to see musical theatre shows.
Well-Being Tip
You never regret getting in water, whether its a quick shower or a swim in the lake, she says she always feels better afterwards!
