Are you slouching your shoulders unconsciously when watching tele, driving or working at a desk causing a tight neck and chest?
Do your shoulders and upper back muscles always feel as hard as a rock?
If so, this is the extended practice for you.
Take a break, join Fion and tend to your body. Release tension on your neck, shoulders and upper back due to poor posture and muscle strain.
We’ll focus on improving mobility, stability and the ease of movement through proper alignment. Release tension on your shoulder and upper back by mindful movements; relieve stress and reconnect to yourself in a holistic 90 minute yoga practice.
