Yoga is a perfect practice to build strength. Yoga poses can activate and strengthen muscles. Scientific research supports the idea that yoga can contribute to strength gains, particularly when practiced consistently and with intensity.
Fion will guide you through a series of core strengthening poses to build a strong foundation and stability. We’ll also practice drills and learn to get into some arm balancing poses (Crow pose, Side Crow, Lotus Lift) to challenge your inner power.
