Experience the joy of Mandala yoga, a creative and flowing practice inspired by the symbolic Mandala shape.
This class will have you moving around your mat in a dynamic, circular motion and combines meditation, pranayama and yin postures at the start and end to gently awaken the areas of focus. Mandala yoga serves as a moving meditation and aims to leave you with a sense of inner peace and presence.
Beginners are welcome but should feel comfortable to move swiftly through asana's with reduced alignment ques.
We will have yoga mats and yoga blocks available for you to use in studio. If you have a preferred yoga mat or yoga cushions that serve your usual practice you are welcome to bring these along with you too.
The booking system will ask new clients to register first.
