Each workshop is a stand-alone topic, so you can attend any of them on their own or as a course.

The Series

A brand new, interactive course to help people gain more understanding about balancing their hormones.

Whether you're peri-menopausal, menopausal, post menopausal or just curious about some shifts you're experiencing, you will come away with incredible knowledge and tools to support you.

The Sessions

Each session REBALANCE, NOURISH, ADAPT & BOOST is a stand alone topic, but together they form a powerhouse of information and support.

Starting at 2 p.m your specialist speakers will talk you through the latest research, tips and bring you valuable knowledge. They’ll invite discussion and questions so that you can get the very best from the session. At 4 p.m. the session officially closes but can continue as a group Connect & Chat in Prosper Coffee Shop afterwards.

You can enjoy a refreshment whilst also checking in with the others attending on what they’ve learned or their experiences. Sometimes the ideas for the best habit changes or well-being motivations come from sharing with and listening to others. Connect into a community of like minded people, learning about hormone health just like you.

Each session will allow you to connect, explore and have the chance to ask all your questions too. With our specialists usually only offering their advice as part of specialist or coaching packages, this is a rare and fantastic opportunity to receive support.
