Breathwork Workshop with Lucy Hibben

Are you feeling stressed, tired, anxious or just a little bit (or a lot) out of balance? Well read on my friends.

Your breath is the most powerful tool you have when it comes to feeling well and at home within your body, yet most of us are breathing incorrectly and paying too little attention to our breath.. Breathing has such an immediate impact on your mind and body that even the act of inhaling vs. exhaling affects your nervous system differently. It’s common to train in diet, exercise and even hydration, but almost no one trains their breath. Most of us are currently over breathing and breathing incorrectly. During this 90 minute workshop, Lucy will teach you practices that will balance your nervous system, reduce your heart rate, calm your nerves, stop your monkey mind, and relax you into sleep. All in just 15 minutes per day.

You will learn energising morning practices, balancing mid-day practices and deeply relaxing evening practices.

You will learn proper diaphragmatic breathing which stimulates the Vagus Nerve and reduces the heart rate, lowers blood pressure, and reduces stress.

You will learn the science behind why all of this is important.

You will train your nervous system to be agile and responsive, giving you a sense of deep rooted control and calm.

You will get three audio recordings of breathing practices that are yours to take home and keep forever.

This workshop is about managing your nervous system in a super practical way. When we control the breath, we control the nervous system which equals greater wellbeing.

You don't need to have had any experience with breath work and everyone is welcome.
