This special class will include gentle, Restorative Yoga where we linger in restful poses supported by cushions and blankets to nourish the nervous system.

- Dreamy Yoga Nidra where you can drift off to deep, guided relaxation.

-  Harmonising Sound Bath from the Tibetan Singing Bowls bringing both mind and body in to balance.

The cost of this session will be £12 Drop in rate or FRESH. Society Membership + Supplementary charge of £5.
