You can host your family gathering, team building afternoon, a reunion, any children’s birthday party, a corporate wellbeing morning/afternoon or even a baby shower here at FRESH. The list is endless. Our beautifully bright spacious studios located centrally in Ely, with Cathedral views and ample parking, are available to hire per hour and you can bring what you need or can add on equipment, suppliers or catering as required.

No matter your party size, theme, idea or budget… we have something for everyone with our Pure Hire, Children’s VIP package & Gold VIP hire package.
Choose the set up that’s right for you and our admin team will work closely with you, to add in what you need, make it happen and make it extra special!
Organising any get-together, party or gathering can be time-consuming and stressful, right?
So here at FRESH. we offer packages from pure hire right the way through to recommending or organising amazing local suppliers. Keeping things simpler for you, so that you can concentrate on the invite list and not have to worry about the venue.
Pure HIRE
With the pure hire option, you pay for the time that you require the studio for (per hour).
You can host a disco, entertainer and/or bring equipment/catering with you, just let us know what your plans are so that we can make sure it works in the space of the studio.
There are additional purchase options available to hire chairs, equipment and also if you’d like us to clean up afterwards.

Children’s VIP Party PACKAGE
In addition to the Pure Hire option, with this VIP Children’s Party Package you get a little more help from our in-house Party Planner.
We will chat through your theme/idea and suggest a local supplier(s) from our ‘preferred supplier list’ that we know of, trust and recommend.
We will do the leg-work organising them and booking them for your preferred party date.
The cost of the supplier is additional.

Gold VIP Hire PACKAGE
Want to go all out?! Our Gold VIP hire package is literally…an “everything is organised” kind of hire option. This package can be tailored to you, but as a basis it includes supplier coordination, onsite vegan catering and more time to PARTAAAY!

The studio will be cleared and cleaned for you following the event by our team.
We are unable to allow alcohol to be served so our party options are only available on this basis.

FRESH. requires a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Bookings can only be confirmed on receipt of the deposit.
Pricing for the class is fixed on the confirmed group size at the time of deposit payment.
Deposits can be paid via online bank transfer or in house at reception.
If you decide to cancel your booking we are happy to refund your deposit up to 28 days prior to your event date. If you choose to cancel after this you will unfortunately lose the deposit.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before your event date. Please arrive on time as your booking time can not be extended.
Participants are liable for any damages to the property or equipment.
