What should I expect?

Enjoy a beautifully relaxing yoga class, that supports both your mind and body, as you journey through the second and third trimesters of your pregnancy.

Who is it for?

You will be guided through safe and beneficial asana that will gently stretch and strengthen your wonderfully ever-changing body. All asana is suitable for all trimesters of pregnancy.

Learn some calming breath work techniques that will help you to connect more deeply with yourself and your growing baby. These techniques can be used during labour, to help keep you centred and grounded, throughout the birth of your baby.

Relaxation

After we have chatted, moved, breathed and laughed together, you will have the opportunity to snuggle down for a deeply relaxing guided meditation, bringing you into a feeling of calm and peace. Bring along a comfy cushion and blanket so you can make a little relaxation nest on your mat.
