Power Yoga is suitable for anyone already familiar with vinyasa yoga and feels ready to turn up the heat. An energetic class that will tone, mobilize and build strength.

Just like the class itself, the playlist is an eclectic mix, with a range of high energy tunes from past and present! This is yoga supercharged and the same applies to the playlist.
