Suitable for anyone at any level.

What should I expect?

This 45 minute class is designed to tone your legs, glutes and abs, help you get fitter, feel stronger and energized. Training your core and lower body is a great way to improve muscle tone and maintain good balance and stability.


Who is it for?

This is an all-levels class and suitable for everyone, as our Instructor Lucy will provide modifications for each exercise. Lucy will encourage you through a variety of core and leg exercises throughout the whole workout.

What’s on the playlist?

The playlist will be fun, energizing and full of strong beats to work those bodyweight exercise reps. Prepare to have lots of fun whilst you feel the LBT burn.
