What should I expect?

Students will now get to experience what makes JIVAMUKTI** a unique method. Give space for all 5 tenants to be worked on with equal vision.. Ahimsa (non violence),Bhakti (devotion), Dhyana (meditation), Nada (sound) and Shastra (scripture)

Who is it for?

This is an Open level class, suitable for both beginners and more experienced students. A class to challenge and expand the boundaries of the mind and root us back to our deepest nature love

Classes are themed and supported by Sanskrit chanting, music, readings and references to philosophical texts
