If you want to build muscle, increase power and improve your fitness, you'll love FRESH. Circuits.   This intense HIIT workout incorporates kettlebells, dumbbells and body weight exercises to give you a fun, full body workout.

Who is it for?

The class will be fun and high energy with lots of encouragement from our trainer Angela.

This class will be suitable for everybody at any stage of fitness, as all the exercises are fully adaptable and can be made easier or more difficult by simply changing body positions.  Angela will demo exercises with variations suitable for all.
