HIIT Step is an innovative High Intensity Interval exercise class using only bodyweight and a step. Choreographed to bespoke soundtracks this is a fun high energy class that will push you to new limits.

What should I expect?

The class will be fun and energizing with lots of high energy vibes from trainer Angela.

Using the principles of High Intensity Interval Training, this will tone and define your muscles, increase cardio endurance and make you stronger.

Who is it for?

This class will be suitable for anybody who enjoys a high energy cardio class. The exercises are fully adaptable and can be made easier or more difficult by simply changing intensity.

Your instructor Angela can provide alternative options to suit different levels of fitness.

It’s a sweaty one though, so be prepared to jump, bounce, kick and lunge your way through some great tracks.
