FRESH.HIIT is high intensity interval training… done our way. Short, sharp bursts of full out exercises followed by a deep stretch, obvz. This is the ultimate fat burning, metabolism increasing, sweat inducing dream!

You will love to hate it. In the best way.

What should I expect?

We have a mini boogie to begin with because… why not?! Then we move onto the fun bit. There is tons of scientific evidence that interval training is amazing for weight-loss, speeding up your metabolism & improving your stamina but it’s TOUGH. That’s why we use the Tabata method, meaning you only do the sweaty, heavy breathing, feeling like death for 20 seconds at a time before you get a break. WIN!

Who is it for?

FRESH.HIIT is the place to be if you’re looking to amp up your fitness game. You do not need to be a gym buff already as each exercise can be adapted to suit your individual fitness level. But it’s not for the faint hearted either. Give it a few weeks and you will be wowed by the improvement! It’s 45 minutes of love, sweat & sometimes tears (happy ones).

What’s on the playlist?

We’re not massive fans of the traditional, repetitive thumping beat you find at most cardio classes. So instead we treat you to an eclectic mix of upbeat BANGERZ. From Basement Jaxx to Beyonce, The Black Eyed Peas to The Pussycat Dolls, Run DMC to Fat Boy Slim. BIG TUNES.
