TOP TIPS

…for getting the most out of your online fitness classes.

Now that we've settled into the world of Zoom we thought we'd share some top tips to get the most out of your online classes, particularly now the weather is hotting up 😅

💡Use speakers or Bluetooth earphones to maximise your audio

💡Get your windows open and make sure you've got good airflow in the room

💡Try a session outside if possible... It's lovely!

💡Eat at least 30 minutes before the class so your body has time to digest + plenty of energy to get sweaty

💡Ensure you've got enough space to throw your limbs around

💡Have a glass of water to hand and stay hydrated before & after

💡If you're using your smart phone, turn it on it's side so you've got the screen on landscape mode

💡Wear your comfiest clothes, don't worry about style - just make sure you can move easily (PJ's are always acceptable)

💡If you're on a hard floor make sure you're barefoot or wearing trainers so you avoid sliding around

💡Stay as close to the router as you can to avoid losing connection throughout
