Considered the meditative heart of Yoga, yoga nidra offers the possibility of deep transformation where you enter the enchanting space between waking and dreaming. It moves your body and your consciousness into an altered state of deep rest and rejuvenation.

This two hour restorative workshop is for all overextended women who want to step out of the frenzy of modern life, reclaim their lives and reconnect to their spirit. 

It is in this liminal space of Yoga Nidra you can arrive back into your truth and integrity. The practice itself provides the potential for potent healing, insight, and empowerment. Welcome home to yourself!

The Benefits of Yoga Nidra

The meditative practice takes you into an alpha state, the brain wave frequency that links conscious thought with the subconscious mind. In alpha state Serotonin is released, which helps you to reach a transformational experience of inner calm. From this place fluctuations in the mind start to decrease and you begin to feel more at ease.

What to Expect

The session includes gentle restorative movement, pranayama, the practice of Nidra (yogic sleep) together with a luminous container of words for you to transition from human doing to human being. During this practice you are lying in savasana on yoga mats, fully supported with bolsters, cushions and blankets to enable a deeply relaxing experience. 

Imagine you have just had the best night’s sleep, that is how you will feel by the end of the session. 

Specific meditative essential oils are included to infuse in the room, creating a deeply grounding synergistic experience when combined with the powerful practice of Yoga Nidra.

About Steph

I am an inspired gardner of growth and transformation through the feminine cycles. I created Featherlight Living through a desire to show women the emotional freedom in trusting their intuition and discovering their compassionate voice so they can create a lifestyle that gives them meaning and joy.

My work is about reconnecting women to their vulnerability and strengths. Through coaching, workshops, and retreats I create a space for women to come together in an environment of healing, nourishment, and growth.

I listen deeply and show women how to draw on their values, connecting them to their ideas and creativity so that they can step away from the frenzy of modern life, return home to themselves, and create a life of balance and harmony that has rhythm and flow.
