Inversion asanas (postures) are used to help moving stagnant energy in the body, lower blood pressure, promote lymphatic drainage and improve blood circulation and body balance. They are also fun to do, learning to find balance on different parts of our body, redefine our sense of gravity and challenge us to upgrade our practice.
We will explore some basic inversion postures such as forward folds, Plough pose, shoulder stand, half Headstand and some of their variations.
