A pampering and nurturing workshop that blends the healing benefits of touch through facial massage with calming breathing practices and meditation to cultivate deep nourishment for the body and mind.
This session will incorporate gentle seated yoga stretches to relax the upper body ready to settle into a comfortable position. You will be guided through a series of facial exercises helping to tone the muscles and boost circulation and soothing massage techniques for deep skin nourishment. A natural and invigorating way to renew the face, leaving your skin feeling fresh and vibrant.
Closing the session with a restful Yoga Nidra meditation, through body sensation and awareness, to promote relaxation and evoke a sense of calm. You will leave feeling restored and nourished from the outside in.
