RELAX & RENEW: Facial Yoga/Massage with closing Meditation
Friday 21st June, 7:15 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.
A nurturing workshop combining the healing benefits of touch through facial yoga and massage and closing with a calming meditation to cultivate deep nourishment for the body and mind.
This session will incorporate gentle seated yoga stretches to relax the upper body ready to settle into a comfortable position. You will be guided through a series of facial yoga exercises to tone the muscles and boost circulation and soothing massage techniques for deep skin nourishment. A natural and invigorating way to renew the face, leaving your skin feeling soft and vibrant.
Closing the session with a restful Yoga Nidra meditation, through body sensation and awareness, to promote relaxation and evoke a sense of calm.
You will leave feeling restored and nourished from the outside in.

- Comfortable, loose clothing with access to chest area.
- Clean, washed face.
- Facial Oil or Moisturiser.
- Hair tie.
- Blanket & pillow for meditation.
