BREATHWORK FOR FLOW

Join breathworker Lisa Sibley for a 90 minute conscious connected breathwork session with a focus on reaching a 'flow state'. The ‘Flow State’ describes a feeling where you become fully immersed in whatever you are doing. This allows your mind to relax and let go, inspiration to flourish and transformation to occur in the present moment. 

The session starts with some energising movement to warm up the body ready to breathe. Lisa will then guide you to consciously connect to your breath whilst journeying through the energy centres in your body (Chakras) for up to 40 minutes. After the breathwork we come back together in a circle, to connect and share whatever you want with the group (no obligation to share your experience).

You will leave feeling restored, rebalanced and full of vitality.
