We offer a range of corporate hire options to suit any well-being, training or meeting budget. Whether it’s room hire for you to host your quarterly/annual meeting, bringing office & home working teams together, or a bespoke team bonding event combined with Well-being activities. We would love to plan something for your business that will nourish, refresh and connect your employees with themselves & each other.

Our beautifully bright spacious studios located centrally in Ely, with Cathedral views and ample parking, are available to hire per hour and you can bring what you need or we can provide them here for you.

Organising any get-together, party or gathering can be time-consuming and stressful, right?

So here at FRESH. we offer packages from pure hire right the way through to recommending or organising amazing local suppliers. Keeping things simpler for you, so that you can concentrate on the invite list and not have to worry about the venue.

Corporate Hire

You can hire our studio’s by the hour for any corporate or team meeting or event. Give us a call and we our admin and events team will talk you through what’s available.

£32.40 for our Willow Studio (upstairs)
£26.40 for our Maple Studio (downstairs)
plus VAT

Well-being Experience

With the corporate well-being experience, you’ll receive an hour’s private studio time for a well-being class or activity just for your team.

You can have this as a stand-alone experience or tag it onto a team meeting or corporate hire.

Choices available:

  • Yoga

  • Pilates

  • Meditation

  • Sound Healing Session

  • Journaling

  • Creative Vision Boards

£150 Experience Price (Plus VAT)
for max of 15-20 guests

Well-being Half Day

We can tailor a morning or afternoon of Well-being to your requirements. Below is just an example, we will happily chat through what might work for your team.

You may want to mix it into or onto a team briefing or meeting - we can add extra time in for that also.

What’s typically included:

2.5 hour Well-being event (example)

  • 30 minutes for your own team briefing/meeting about Wellbeing

  • 1st, 45 minute sessions with FRESH teacher

  • Refreshment or Lunch Break

  • 2nd, 45 minute session with FRESH teacher

  • FRESH teacher/class ideas (examples)

  • Prosper our plant based onsite Cafe will provide either a savoury lunch option

Catering paid separately at £10-£15 per person

The boring bit…

  • FRESH. requires a 50% deposit to secure your booking. Bookings can only be confirmed on receipt of the deposit.

  • Pricing for the class is fixed on the confirmed group size at the time of deposit payment.

  • Deposits can be paid via online bank transfer or in house at reception.

  • If you decide to cancel your booking we are happy to refund your deposit up to 28 days prior to your event date. If you choose to cancel after this you will unfortunately lose the deposit.

  • The remaining balance must be paid at least 24 hours before your event date. Please arrive on time as your booking time can not be extended.

  • Participants are liable for any damages to the property or equipment.
