Exclusive to FRESH. This session allows you to get your workout fixed whilst also bonding with your baby. Think cuddles, kisses & encouraging mayhem! Whether your child is up for joining in, climbing on your back or just playing with their toys - Nicole is unphased & can offer amendments as you go. You’ll both come away grinning from ear to ear.
Having a little one to look after shouldn't get in the way of your workout - so we created Bring Your Own Baby! This class is for any parents with children pre-school age & younger.
A fun sweaty workout, building your fitness and strength. Whilst having a laugh and bonding with your baby.
What should I expect?
A fun & interactive session. There will be lots of squatting & kisses with your little one and cuddles. We will do some free hold movements and carry movements, all optional. You're welcome to bring snacks and toys, feed your little one if you need to.
Who is it for?
For any parent who wants to get themselves and their little one out of the house and exercise and meet other parents.
Feeling ready?
This class is taught by a qualified Pre & Post Natal instructor so is safe for new mums, please ensure you complete the Post Natal ParQ section on your confirmation email.
