Okay, so you walk into a studio (either in real life or virtually) and you’re presented by a list of classes: HIIT, POWERMAX, PIYO, FUNCTIONAL FITNESS, FLEXITONE… What the…? People casually stroll past you and book themselves into whichever arrangement of letters they like best and trot off to the studio while you stand there baffled by the difference between BOUNCE fit and ((BOUNCE)).
