A 45 minute mix of cardio and strength training - set to songs guaranteed to get your heart and hands pumping!!!  All you need to do is make some noise! This class uses specially designed drum sticks that you use to drum out the beat and sound whilst working out and enjoying the music.

What should I expect?

A fun music beats inspired workout that will have you moving to the beat and drumming along to the rhythm with special drum sticks created for fitness.  

Who is it for?

A cardio class for all abilities, you'll work your body from head to toe. A fast paced fun session will have you glowing and totally energized.
