Focusing on slowing down, tuning in and warming up our bodies and opening our minds, this workshop offers the perfect way to connect to oneself during this busy period leading up to the holidays. Restorative yoga is suitable for practitioners of all levels. It is a 'restful practice' in which we hold poses (mostly seated and lying down) for longer in order to get the benefits of time allowing us to deepen, open and engage. Open to all. No prior yoga experience necessary.
Benefits can often include better sleep, more focus, reduced pain and a more positive outlook.
Workshop Timings
This workshop will be split into two 45 minute nourishing sessions with a 30 minute refreshment break in the middle.
Attendees are welcome to bring a snack along with them to enjoy seated on their mat within the studio or can purchase a refreshment from the on-site plant based cafe.
What to bring with you.
Please bring a small pillow, blanket and warm clothes (and socks).
Yoga mats will be provided.
